A lived experience presentation exploring identity, mental health, addiction, resilience, healing, and finding a different path.
Through storytelling, reflection, and honest conversation, Samantha shares her personal journey from survival mode to working within healthcare, education, and advocacy spaces. This presentation focuses on hope, belonging, self trust, and the power of finding supportive people and environments.
Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own goals, strengths, support systems, and the possibilities that exist beyond their current circumstances.
Ideal for: Indigenous youth programs, Friendship Centres, schools, mentorship programs, post secondary students, leadership programs, and community organizations.
