My approach is grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing and teaching, with an emphasis on humility, curiosity, reflection, relationship, and accountability. Learning is designed to encourage participants to consider different perspectives, reflect on their own practice, and carry that learning into how they work with and relate to others.

Delivery
Available in person or virtually. Sessions may include storytelling, Indigenous teachings, experiential activities, reflection, facilitated discussion, and practical learning tailored to the audience and organization.
Duration
Typically 60–90 minutes, with shorter presentations, extended workshops, keynotes, panels, conference sessions, and customized learning available.
