Community-Informed Education, Systems Navigation & Resource Connection.
Stories have the power to change perspectives in ways facts alone often cannot.
These sessions explore Indigenous lived experiences, healthcare journeys, identity, reconciliation, and relationship-building through storytelling, reflection, and facilitated discussion.
Participants are encouraged to move beyond awareness toward empathy, understanding, and meaningful action.
Ideal For:
Community organizations, municipalities, libraries, nonprofits, faith communities, schools, and public audiences.
Navigating healthcare and community systems can feel overwhelming, especially when families are already carrying stress, illness, or difficult past experiences.
This practical workshop helps participants better understand healthcare systems, communication, self-advocacy, Indigenous supports, available resources, and pathways to care while building confidence to navigate systems more effectively.
Ideal For:
Friendship Centres, Indigenous organizations, family support programs, community agencies, and Indigenous community members.
Every community has its own strengths, questions, and priorities.
These facilitated learning circles create welcoming spaces for conversation, reflection, and shared learning. Sessions may explore identity, wellness, reconciliation, motherhood, healthcare experiences, cultural humility, or other topics identified by the organization or community.
Rather than delivering a standard presentation, each session is developed collaboratively to reflect the needs of those participating.
Ideal For:
Indigenous and non-Indigenous community organizations, support groups, schools, libraries, municipalities, and community agencies.

Whether I'm working with Indigenous organizations, healthcare teams, schools, municipalities, nonprofits, libraries, or community groups, my approach is grounded in lived experience, practical learning, respectful dialogue, and meaningful connection.
